A time to capture the lives and values of independence activists through hand knitting

We are recruiting participants for the beginner class of the 3rd “Beotjip Handcraft Club,” which captures the lives and values of independence activists through arts and cultural activities.
Join us to make things by hand and learn about the lives of anarchist Lee Hoe-yeong and Lee Eun-suk, who raised funds for the independence movement through paid sewing work.
“Beotjip Handcraft Club” offers two classes based on hand-knitting experience.
- Beginner class: learn step by step from the basics
- Next-level class: for those comfortable with hand knitting
If you start learning gradually now, this winter you can wear scarves and knitwear you made yourself, or give them to someone special.
Even if you found it difficult to get started alone, you can do it together with others. We look forward to welcoming friends to sit together at Mugeunjip in Sajik-dong.
● Schedule
1. Beginner class (15:30~17:30)
- For those trying knitting for the first time
- For those who want to progress slowly from the basics
※ The instructor will provide yarn, needles, and other materials needed to make the projects. Material fees will be announced separately.
※ The curriculum and projects may be adjusted or expanded depending on participants' progress and the flow of the class.
