Seoul Oratorio 88th Subscription Concert: Mendelssohn’s Elijah

Seoul Oratorio’s 88th Subscription Concert presents Mendelssohn’s oratorio Elijah. Centered on the biblical prophet, the work depicts drought, miracles, the confrontation with the prophets of Baal and Elijah’s ascension through solos, ensembles, chorus and orchestra. Achim Zimmermann conducts soprano Lee Hae-yeon, alto Oh Seung-eun, tenor Kim Sung-jae, baritone Ahn Hwan, organist Park Jun-ho, the Berliner Singakademie, Seoul Oratorio Choir and Seoul Oratorio Orchestra. The concert begins at 19:30 on October 28, 2026, at the Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall.
